When you begin, you are presented with a cut scene of Lucy Fleetfoot walking in the city as her cell phone rings. It's Professor P. and he has a problem. The Phobos Battalion has stolen thousands of Pokeballs, with Pokémon, and you have to rescue them. They're gathered in secret storage locations of the SOL base.
You're then taken to the world map. The only location available is the SOL base, so go there. Double click to enter. You now get to watch a video on how to Trozei Pokémon. It gives you the story, and the general idea of what to do, and how to use the Trozei Beamer, and why you need to line up four or more.
Any time you want to watch it again, just head back in. When you return the world map, you gain access to the first SOL Laboratory level.
