After escaping a crashed police car with the zombie and the fire, Leon and Helena will have to traverse through the sewers. But don't worry, you'll be out of the sewers into society pretty soon.
Subways and trains[edit]
All you can do at this point is follow the subway, kill zombies and break boxes. Also don't forget to shoot the sigma that reveal files for Special Features. During your walk through the subway, watch out and move aside to let the train pass!. Doing that will kill the zombies and get more items at the same time.
You'll encounter one point where you have to get into the subway train. After boosting Helena at the top, go down and open the door. Sooner or later, you'll reach the terminal. So break a few more boxes along the way. A lady will be stuck in the train after you check the locked door at the end. But she opens the door for Leon and Helena anyway and gets bitten by more zombies.
You're nearly out so take down a couple more zombies until you finally reach the streets.
The zombies on the streets[edit]
Watch out for the firefighter zombie first! And a car crash. Follow along the streets until you reach a person, stuck under a car. Take care of more coming out of the bus before heading off into an alleyway. You'll reach a ladder that's above the zombies. Take care of a few and push the obstacle in the end out of the way. Then go over the other side where there's less zombies around.
You'll encounter a building that you need to go in. At the end of the hallway next door is a locked door. Go back and quietly get the key and take care of one zombie while the others are asleep and the TV is still on. Go through the locked door to what appears to be a back alleyway. Go upstairs and give Helena a leap across.
LEON: Take care of many zombies until Helena opens the locked gate on the other side. HELENA: Push the barrier out of the way then open the locked gate for Leon to come in.
The last part looks like a cafe. Check for a sigma before you go outside to another scenario.
Night of the desperate[edit]
The next part will force Leon and Helena to team up with civilians in a shooting battleground on the street. Watch out for the ambulance that's going to crash at some point! The boy civilian will shout out to blow the petrol station. Shoot it so it happens before you go into what is suppose to be a gun store.
A person wouldn't let you get upstairs so the only thing to do is hold the fort until he's convinced. So shoot as many as you can while collecting ammo and health at the same time. Unfortunately, the boy's machine gun got jammed and took the girls gun and running outside, only to get bitten by a zombie he shot at.
When it's over, the windows will close automatically. Go upstairs and continue the defense. Depending on the difficulty, it might take a few minutes to about a couple of minutes. Just watch out for the fat zombie and boy is he big!
Getting ready for the bus ride[edit]
This is getting close to being over. After the old man with the gun has been knocked over, continue the defense until someone calls that the bus is ready. Once the person opens the gate, follow them and the cutscene follows but it's almost over! Another fat zombie is holding the bus hostage. While a few passengers fight and lose their life in the process, you must shoot the fat zombie until the bus driver is able to drive over him.
This leaves the girl, policeman, bus driver, Leon and Helena surviving the carnage and is now on the way to the church which ends this chapter. Get ready for the next chapter since it will involve more puzzles, more zombies and more mysteries to solve.
