With Steelport being controlled by STAG through highways and around Saints HQ, your going to need to go through extraordinary lengths to end both STAG and Luchadores leader Killbane from dominating the arena any further. But not without a few more twists.
Air Steelport[edit]
Follow the GPS to meet up with Viola. A cutscene will show you sneaking in. You start in the middle of the cargo. Try to open the door first. It's made of steel so Viola suggests you search the cargo for something useful. Shoot down the men in red and orange suits. Once it's clear, go to the furthest treasure marked with the yellow target to get a gadget called "Sonic Boom". It's not the famous blue speeding hedgehog! It's just a weapon with the "boom" power to open doors and later on be able to blow away items with destroying it.
Go back and open with the new weapon. Take care of more gunmen before opening the door with the new weapon again. Oops! Your new weapon has destroyed the cockpit so run to the end, ignoring more gunmen and into the tank. The next part is similar to the beginning but having a lengthy dive with a tank. Got to have lots of height to pull it off and using the parachute to land. Anyway, you'll be attacked by various gunmen, tanks and military aircrafts. Once your tank is badly damaged, bail! You might get on the second airplane but it got hit. So you have to dive down into the last tank, ending the skydiving sequence.
The cutscene shows a protestor got knocked down by a tank and an airplane with dangerous chemicals, turning normal civilians into zombies. Yes, zombies! Just hope you remember to by a car repair shop prior to the next mission. Or the zombies might overwhelm you and your ally when you come back to that place in the small central island with a few bridges lifted up to avoid a zombie catastrophe.
A Remote Chance[edit]
You want to get Killbane but his competitors are in the way. So you'll be in the helicopter with the improved RC Processor, capable of controlling any vehicle within range. The first is control the car by running down pedestrians. Second is the speed boat into the beach of party goers. Third is the helicopter to helicopter crash. Last is using a number of STAG tanks to take care of one moving tank with the wrestler in it. That would open a chance for you and Angel to wrestle him in the next few missions.
Zombie Attack[edit]
As a quick spoiler, the mayor is none other than Burt Reynold himself. Star in Miami Vice series and starring alongside Jackie Chan in Cannonball and its sequel. To keep it short, go to where the bridge has been lifted where the island of zombies were.
You'll be wearing a gas mask and even if you got unlimited sprint, your sprint will be limited so use it wisely. Take care and hold on to the sonic boom until all large canisters have sunk into the sea. The first is near the bridge on the right. Then go help Viola with the blue target. Then continue to the second canister but watch out for the brute! Then you and Viola head to the car repair area to get new gas masks. Remember to buy it before or you'll be forced to protect Viola for a limited time. If you did buy it, your guards will do the shooting for you. The last canister is behind the fence that can be open so you need to co-ordinate where you use the sonic boom weapon.
Now that it's done, you can change to any weapon. Also, using other weapons to shoot the canister would be an instant fail. Anyway, go to the truck that's marked on your minimap. Then you can either go over the bridge for Oleg, so you can have your army of zombies, or sink it to get Reynold himself and have your own squad that's more effective than your zombie. Now that's worth getting.
3 Count Beatdown[edit]
Follow the GPS to the fictional casino. Start by shooting down the electronic gambling machines. It's a small jukebox shape in a white light. The bar on the top will indicate how many machines to shoot down until the manager comes out. Hold the manager so Angel will know where his masks is. Go to the back of the tellers to find the large safe area so Angel can retrieve his mask.
Next is take down five statues indicated by the red target. Start at the bottom floor then clean up the top floor. Lastly, take down any remaining Luchadores. Watch out for three brutes! One unarmed but two more will have flamethrowers which will be quite a challenge. You're going to own this casino after this. If you're going to upgrade, you're going to need a whopping $8,000 and $16,000, if you have deep pockets.
Murderbrawl XXX1[edit]
You'll directly be in a wrestling match, but it's no ordinary match. Assuming your doing it in casual difficulty, start by knocking other wrestlers out of the way as they'll just distract the referee. A cutscene ensues as Angel is out of the ring but the weapon you have will turn wrestling on its head, being a mad man or a mad woman. So use the chainsaw to knockdown more wrestlers until there's no more left.
The next part involves you directly involved in wrestling with Killbane. Even if you're a woman, no one seems to notice or care. Anyway, you can't just punch him, use any weapon and follow the button prompts. Take him to the corner to an attack before throwing him out. But he's not done so do it again and throw him off. The wrestlers will make a final attempt on you so knock them out until there's no one left. Follow the pattern one more time. Do that and you can choose his mask or his weapon. The cutscene will show how angry Killbane really is, coming to a defining moment on the next mission.
Three Way: Saving Shaundi[edit]
If you're expecting a finale, you're very close. Follow the GPS and shoot down both Luchadores and STAGs. Watch out for the brute and a tank near the end of the bar. Follow the GPS again and do the same pattern again. The final place is in the military area. There's two choices. Mark on your map and go to where Kinzie is. Due to the chaos on the road, try to avoid as much as you can.
After talking to Kinzie in a cutscene, you should go on a speed boat to the island with a giant statue. Go to the blue mark and stop the bombs! Use the sonic boom to blow the bomb away as shooting will easily blow up, ending the mission quickly! So blow it away and untie your allies and taking down soldiers at the same time on both first and second floor. Go further up after you finish taking out the bombs. Taking out Kia should be easy. Use the awful gas and while Shaundi is down, shoot Kia before she picks up Shaundi. So repeat the process and the game ends.
The mayor Monica Hughes questions Cyrus' action and he'll give you the key to the city. There's one more surprise.
Gangstas in Space[edit]
A simple parody of being in Mars 1980's style. This is straightforward. Take down enemies while you get to the control to open the gate, losing your ally one by one. Including mysteriously, Johnny Gat, suddenly reappearing after the airplane beginning. Near the end, set up two bombs before going in to face Killbane. The last part is the most trickiest of all. You have to shoot the fire shards to burn him before you'll be able to attack him. Repeat two more times to end the mission. Turns out, after you stuff up you're line, it's just a movie, follow by end credits. Well done! But what happens if you go after Killbane instead? Thankfully, you can do the previous missions again.
Three Way: Kill Killbane[edit]
Do practically the same thing before but this time, you can follow the GPS from the military area. Go there to save Angel from some STAG soldiers. You'll be rocket weapon shooting while Angel is driving. You'll be chasing the plane so shoot it down until a cutscene ensues. After the cutscene, follow the quick time event button prompts and it's done. But doing that without saving Shaundi, Viola and Burt Reynolds, being killed by Kia and her bombs, forces Monica Hughes to allow Cyrus to do something really dramatic.
Stag Film[edit]
Just when your remaining crew is about to celebrate, the STAG monstrosity starts blowing gun bullets and missiles, forcing you to finish this final mission. Go to Saints HQ to get the helicopter. Go to the giant "Independence Day" sky ship and start by shooting four turrets, two on both sides. Then minimize the tanks and planes inside the transport area. It will get easier later on, unless you're bullet proof. Anyway, go to the yellow targets to set up the bombs. Then take the STAG transport planes for the top and bottom of another area.
This last part will be extremely tough. Take down the missile shooters first then get the minigun for Cyrus' fighter jet. With the STAG army slowly coming out to attack you, you have a limited time, about four minutes to defeat Cyrus. It will take some patterns but if the cutscene happens, that means you succeed. But you have less than a minute left, run to the last STAG fighter jet and escape out of here.
The cutscene shows you going on the newsroom, giving the message to Monica Hughes and STAG to get out and allowing the Saints and Pierce to run for Steelport president, opening the sequel to "Saints Row Four Re-election". Follow the credits and it's over. What else can you do? Do activities, buy buildings, upgrade everything and try the download content. With that out of the way, you can do what you want.
