Once you have completed the Tutorial, the Toon HQ will remain with Flippy as the only remaining task. Meet up with him at the Toon Hall in Toontown Central. He will ask you to fight four Cogs and return to him. It's a random chance which type of Cog he asks you to fight, but when you're done, return to him to get your starting Gag Track session. There are three possible choices he will select for you:

After completing Flippy's mission, head over to Loony Louis of Used Clown Cars in [[../Toontown Central#Silly Street|Silly Street]]. Once you've talked to him, go to the fishing grounds in the street or at the playground and fish out four Clown Car Tires and return them to him. Next, run to Lucy Tires in Crack Up Auto Repairs on [[../Toontown Central#Loopy Lane|Loopy Lane]]. Lucy will tell you to fight six level 3+ Cogs in Toontown Central. When you've beaten them, go back to Lucy Tires and she will hand you the air pump. Now you can deliver the air pump to Loony Louis to complete the task.

===Professor Pete===

Find Professor Pete at the Toontown School House near [[../Toontown Central Info#Silly Street|Silly Street]]. He needs five Cog Gears, so go out and fight level 2+ Cogs until you've got enough. Take them back to the professor to finish the task.

===Sticky Lou===

Walk to Sticky Lou's Blue Glue shop at [[../Toontown Central Info#Loopy Lane|Loopy Lane]], and Sticky Lou will ask you to get him some Oil. Go hunt down some Sellbots, and fight them for Oil. Take the Oil back to Lou, and he'll want you to get him some Grease next. This time fight Lawbots for the Grease. The last thing Lou needs from you is Water, which can be retrieved by killing Cashbots. Take the last item back to Lou for your reward.

===Honey Haha===

Go to the Laughing Place on [[../Toontown Central Info#Silly Street|Silly Street]] to meet up with Honey Haha. This task is completed simply by defeating eight level 2+ Cogs and returning to her.

===Sharky Jones===

Visit Sharky Jones at 14 Karat Goldfish on [[../Toontown Central Info#Loopy Lane|Loopy Lane]]. Sharky Jones needs a Goldfish Receipt, and you can find one by going out and fighting Cogs. Once you've found the Receipt, head back to Sharky, who will send you over to Professor Wiggle's House of Giggles at [[../Toontown Central Info#Punchline Place|Punchline Place]] to get the Goldfish. Talk to the professor, then go out and fight Flunkies until you find the Goldfish. Take it back to Sharky and he'll tell you to get four more Goldfish. Go fishing for them, and then take them back to Sharky to complete the task.

===Woody Nickel===

|Funny Money Saving and Loaning, Silly Street

Go to Woody Nickel of Funny Money Saving and Loaning on [[../Toontown Central Info#Silly Street|Silly Street]]. Your first task is to recover five Adding Machines from Cashbots. Bring them back to Woody, then head back out and fight Tickle Machines to find Feather Duster. Fight level 3+ Cogs until you collect 10 Cog Gears and then give them to Feather Duster. You'll receive the Adding Machine, which you can take back to Woody for the reward.

For this task, you can either go to Mary at Mary's Go-Round, Traveling Agency on [[../Toontown Central Info#Silly Street|Silly Street]] or Will Wiseacre of Wiseacre's Noise Makers on [[../Toontown Central Info#Loopy Lane|Loopy Lane]]. Whichever you choose, the task is the same. You will be sent to one of three people, all of who live on Loopy Lane:

===Postmaster Pete (FINAL)===

This is the final Toontask for Toontown Central, and you won't get it until you have all other 15 Training Frames. Go to Postmaster Pete at the Toontown Post Office on [[../Toontown Central Info#Loopy Lane|Loopy Lane]]. Go out and get a package from either Cogs or just level 3+ Cogs, and turn them in to Postmaster Pete. He will send you to Dr. Tom Foolery on [[../Toontown Central Info#Silly Street|Silly Street]], where Dr. Tom will ask you to fight 10 Cogs. Take them down and go back to Dr. Tom who will select a specific type of Cog for you to fight. Fight the Cog type he asks for, then take the package you receive back to him.

Next you will have to deliver the package to Dr. Pulyurleg of Dr. Pulyurleg Chiropractor at [[../Toontown Central Info#Punchline Place|Punchline Place]]. When that's done, go back to Postmaster Pete. Retrieve the last package from the Cogs, and give it to Postmaster Pete. The final task is to deliver the package to Dr. Pulyurleg, after which you will get a new Gag Track.
