Rapid Reincarnation is still a plausible strategy, especially if the player is only interested in clearing one cycle, but it's far from the undisputed best strategy... --[[User:DekuGuy|DekuGuy]] 23:16, 23 September 2008 (UTC)

:If you think I should remove the bit about non-Adell reincarnation then I'm for that.  I haven't had a real chance to test it with any characters other than Adell and Tink (for both it was incredibly effective compared to when I went through the story mode without using reincarnations on an earlier savegame), so I was unaware of the increased mana cost of successive reincarnations.  (I've not seen it documented anywhere else either, go figure)  But to be sure the Adell Reincarnation approach works for the first cycle.  I managed to squeeze in 4 reincarnations before I completed my first cycle and I wasn't even focusing on leveling him up or anything.  I was actually focusing mostly on my Thieves and my pet Prinny.
:In any case, my primary goal here was to include a good strategy for the first cycle (and perhaps a little bit there-after), since that's something almost every other strategy guide completely overlooks.  Most other guides focus on lvl 9999 this and perfect-item that, and while that's cool and all there is a whole 30 to 40-some hours worth of play time during the first cycle that I felt could be better addressed, since the majority of players out there will probably never meet Uber Prinny Ball or even plain old regular Ball for that matter.  So if it's only applicable to Adell on the first cycle then I'm ok with that.  The other parts I'll edit out.  [[User:Air|Air]] 01:25, 24 September 2008 (UTC)
