I'm sorry, but I simply have no knowledge about the subject you wrote about on my talk page. The only thing that I can recommend is to ask the people who develop the MediaWiki software that we run the site on. For the content specifically contained on the site, you could potentially export them through the [[Special:Export]] page, and then read the exported XML files back in to an off-line reader, provided you decoded the structure properly. But again, I'm simply conjecturing, I really have no idea how feasible that is.
