Welcome to Watchdogs. This guide will take you through missions and what you do to save yourself the trouble.

Police[edit]

Police (and enemies) will have an exclamation point with a triangle. If the line completes its round, either deal with it or run away. You really don't want to kill the police so run away from that danger. But with enemies, take them down anyway you can.

Thin their numbers[edit]

It would be foolish to go out guns blazing but save it as your last resort. The idea really is to hack cameras and take advantage of the individual bad guys. Each bad guy could call reinforcements, have a hidden camera, phone distractions, hurt the enemies' ears by disrupt communication or surprise one by detonating explosives. Not only that, certain parts of the areas can explode by being patient.

Enforcers[edit]

Enforcers are much like Robocop. All you can do really is to disrupt communication. You can hurt them by explosions but also use IEDs or if you're desperate, powerful guns and grenade launchers can make easy work on it. Lastly upgrade with Take Down Enforcer with 5 points and they'll be as easy as pie.

Hacking[edit]

The idea in hacking is direct the blues line to the diamond lock which requires all lines draw to that spot to be unlocked. Sometimes there will be a timer so be quick on your feet. If you don't you'll be forced to start over so practice makes perfect.

Online[edit]

Unless you're an online fanatic, this is purely optional. The idea is to go after before you've been completely hacked. Don't be slow or the hacker might disappear. Check the online options and decide whether you like to do this or not.
