{{MapleStory/Monster|Crimson Balrog|Boss|100|100,000|500|40|5,000|3,500|A monster riding a pirated ship around Ossyria invading other ships. It may resemble that of Jr. Barlog, which can be found at the deepest part of the Dungeon at the center of Victoria Island, but the difference being that it has wings to fly with. The general attacking ability, especially the magic attack, is off the charts. If it somehow pays a visit to your ship, don't bother fighting against it. Just run and hide at the safest place possible!! Since it is evil by heart, religious powers work well against it, so try attacking it with holy spells.}}

{{MapleStory/Monster|Dreamy Ghost|Undead|100|65,000|2,800|81|1,200|1,334|A dreaded monster wandering around the Deep Forest within Zipangu. It flies around and attacks anyone that attacks first. The Dreamy Ghost either casts magic on you or attack you fiercely with a horrifying look. In Japanese MapleStory, it also has the ability to inflict Seal, darkness, and curse. It is found at the same place where the Black Crow is found, so don't try to fight Dreamy Ghost unless you can fight the Black Crow. Since it is an undead creature, Dreamy Ghost is best fought by holy attacks.In MapleSEA, it is commonly refered as Mong.}}
{{MapleStory/Monster|Typhon||100|65,000|2,800|81|1,200|1,334|The Typhons are associated with wind spirits, and as such serve as elementals of Air. Though their damage may be weak, their magic attack can prove to be annoying to all travelers as it's knockback value is very high having a high chance to send the victim into the chasm below. Although there is one platform were it is safe to get hit by its magic depending on which way you and the Typhon are facing. The TCG item "Typhon's Crest" revealed this monster long before it was released. Typhons drop the ''Typhon's Feather'' which is one of the ingredients to make ''Balanced Fury'' throwing stars. Typhons, which are found at Crimsonwood Mountain, are related to the weaker Gryphons far out at the edges of the Krakian Jungle. One of the strongest flying monsters in the game.}}
{{MapleStory/Monster|Nightshadow|Auto-aggressive|100|65,000|2,800|81|1,200|1,334|The corrupted counterpart to the Shadowknights, one of the 4 guilds of Ancient Crimsonwood. They use stealth tactics to attack any and all passersby. They spawn throughout the forest, the Mountainside, and in a few of the caverns. As the highest leveled of the guild-based monsters, it can be quite dangerous, however some of the others will do more damage with certain attacks. Has a great undiluted spawn inside the Keep, at the Wrath of Night guild hall.}}
{{MapleStory/Monster|Capt. Latanica|Boss|100|2,000,000|100,000|400|10,000|210,000|This Boss monster is located at the end of the Ghost Ship found in Boat Quay Town, an area of Singapore. It can summon 4 Selkie Jr. and 2 Mr. Anchor. It also can heal once its HP falls below 80%. It does very large damage with its Magic attacks by summoning a boat that rams on the player, which can be deadly for archers and thieves. Captain Latanica has been temporarily removed as of MapleSEA version .53, allegedly going "on vacation." He returned in MapleSEA's recent patch and he appears to be behind the events surrounding the boss Krexel, due to the fact that he sealed a portal in the Ruins of Krexel. All of his magic attacks cannot be avoided.}}
{{MapleStory/Monster|Master Guardian|Boss|100|7,000,000|2,000|81|50,000|10,000|A bizarre Black version of the Crimson Guardian. It was created through experiments performed on it by Ridley, a legendary mage from the Keep's glory days. Though it has a lot more HP, it's quite a bit weaker. Still, it can be quite a nuisance. It can be encountered by all classes near the beginning of Crimsonwood Keep PQ, as they are dispatched to run the player's invading party out. They only show up when the squad starts running out of time. The other point where they appear in the PQ is in the Archer Mastery Room, where Archers must defeat 7 of them in a scant 15 minutes, an incredibly difficult task typically requiring at least 2 bowmen.}}
{{MapleStory/Monster|Black Bird||100|65,000|2,800|81|1,200|1,334|A corrupt version of the Bowmaster's Phoenix, summoned by Twisted Master Rellik at various points throughout the fight. It shouldn't be too annoying, but then again there's so much going on at once that it might escape you. Try to wipe it out quickly!}}
{{MapleStory/Monster|Headless Horseman|Boss|100|3,500,000|5,000|81|1,500|77,099|This is the first boss found on the continent of Masteria. It is located in the Phantom Forest at Hollowed Ground, a hidden street near the Prendergast Mansion. It has a slashing fire attack and can throw its' flaming head at players. It spawns every 6 hours near it's tombstone alongside the Jr. Wraiths. The Headless Horseman's [[MapleStory/Drops (Masteria)#Jack )'Lantern|Jack O'Lantern]] "head" is now an important item dropped by it, which is used to upgrade the Ancient Armor into Bosshunter Gear, as well as for a quest for Lita Lawless. Headless Horseman can also spawn randomly in the phantom forest crossroads ambushing unlucky adventurers who come across it. Headless Horseman has a rather long backstory: He was once a powerful knight named Killian who fought for Crimsonwood Keep, wielding the powers of intense flame, and he had fallen in love with the odd Chaos Magician LeFay. When she left the Keep, he would often trek out to the Krakian Jungle to visit her. On one of these visits, Killian was horrified to discover that the Krakians had burned down LeFay's house and captured her. In exchange for her life, the Krakians' leader, a mysterious alchemist, required Killian to become his test subject. After a long time, the Alchemist had found out the secret to Killian's power, and created an army of fire-based beings. When the Alchemist wanted Killian to lead this evil army against his own people, or face the death of LeFay, he instead used his power to burn his own head off! The Alchemist, however, was not disturbed by this in the least and instead placed a carved out pumpkin on his neck. Next, he turned to the captive LeFay and, having no further use for her, transformed her into a Pink Horse. With the headless horseman now complete, he unleashed this monstrosity upon the people of Masteria, where it wreaks havoc to this day.}}

{{MapleStory/Monster|Chaos Green Cornian||100|168,000|400|81|5,000|1,200|A powerful monster found in Leafre's Dragon Forest. It slices a player with it's knife, dealing great damage. This move can randomly cause poison, like its dark counterpart. The attack is fast and powerful, so be careful, and its poison can deal 300 damage per second, putting low HP players at a high risk. They serve as Horned Tail's personal guards.|MS Monster Green Cornian.png}}

{{MapleStory/Monster|Grim Phantom Watch|Undead|99|60,000|220|38|6,000|2,800| A more uglier yet stronger Phantom Watch. It is very different from the Phantom Watch besides its looks - it can deal more damage. Instead of shooting projectiles at you, it attacks anyone within the area warning. It has a different magic attack, where icicles rise out of the floor for high damage. Located somewhere off the Phantom Watch's map. These also followed Papulatus from the other "Dimension" like Gigantic Spirit Vikings did.}}
