Shoot and kill them, and you will get Gold Skulltula Tokens.  There are 100 Gold Skulltulas in the game. Later on in the game, you can use these tokens to earn a series of prizes, such as the Adult's Wallet at 10 tokens, the Stone of Agony at 20, the Giant's Wallet at 30, some Bombchus at 40, a Piece of Heart at 50, and lastly, an infinite supply of Gold Rupees when you collect all 100.
