:This was never discussed. As you know, SVG transparency isn't working. That's fine for white or off-white backgrounds, but it looks ugly and unprofessional in {{t|sys}}. I uploaded PNG replacements to get around this, and then I decided I might as well simplify the template in the process. I also hoped that doing so would eliminate the calls to non-existent SVG equivalents of the PNG images. In fact, it seems to have lumped these phantom calls together (see [[Special:Whatlinkshere/Image:Deprecated template usage icon.png]]).
