Welcome to StrategyWiki!

Hello Compymasax! Welcome to StrategyWiki. Thank you for your contributions. If you have any questions, just contact a sysop through their talk page or post on the staff lounge, and they'd be happy to help. If you need help editing, check the StrategyWiki Guide. If you have a question about the content on this wiki, you can check out our staff lounge page. If you want to ask questions or hang out in IRC, we're usually around. On the other hand, if you have ideas for StrategyWiki, bring them up on the forums. Please remember to sign your name on, and only on, talk pages by clicking or using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Finally, please do your best to always fill in the edit summary field as this helps to document all of your hard work. Feel free to delete this message from your talk page if you like, or keep it for reference. Happy editing! -- Prod (Talk) 07:33, 27 December 2008 (UTC)

Tables are very annoying (along with images). Apart from trying out the markup, I'd recommend adding all the subpages to your watchlist and check what changes other people make. A few of us go around cleaning pages and tend to use some of the tricks that make things easier. Happy editing :) -- Prod (Talk) 08:10, 27 December 2008 (UTC)

Image uploading

Hey, be sure to to follow the policies and guidelines on image naming and categorization when uploading images. I've gone through the pics you've put on the Combat Arms guide, so take a look at the differences on a few of them ([1], [2]) for examples of meaningful image descriptions and categories. Great job on the guide, by the way! - najzere 21:13, 29 December 2008 (UTC)

Another reminder to properly categorize your images. There should be category tags for the type of image (i.e. Screenshots, Models, etc.) as well as the game's image category (i.e. Combat Arms images). Also, just for standardization, please put the category tags after the image description. Thanks, - najzere 23:28, 2 January 2009 (UTC)

Redirects

I've cleaned up the problems. -- Prod (Talk) 07:39, 2 January 2009 (UTC)

Add the {{delete}} template to the top of the page with a valid reason, and a sysop will look into it. -- Prod (Talk) 07:46, 2 January 2009 (UTC)

Show preview

Please use the "Show preview" button (next to the "Save page") button for viewing your edits before saving. Making multiple small edits to a page clutters up the recent changes page and the page's history. Thanks, - najzere 19:05, 2 January 2009 (UTC)

Another reminder to use "Show preview" instead of multiple edits. You made 14 edits in a row to Combat Arms/Primary, and a lot of them were just to add line spaces. Use "Show preview" until you get the page looking the way you want. - najzere 23:28, 2 January 2009 (UTC)

Userpages

Don't create or edit other users' userpages. If someone feels like creating a userpage they will do so. - najzere 07:00, 3 January 2009 (UTC)

Nice Job

Hey, just wanted to say that's some great work you did on the CA primary weapons page. I didn't go through the whole thing for copyedit purposes, but it looks really good with the format, the tables and the images. I think the Combat Arms guide is shaping up to be really good since you've taken on the job. Thanks! - najzere 18:13, 5 January 2009 (UTC)

Image upload

Check out Special:MultipleUpload. -- Prod (Talk) 01:48, 9 January 2009 (UTC)

Resident Evil 4

I noticed your question about putting the content here. Did your friend write any of the guide? If yes, you need his permission as well, and his name should be in the edit history. -- Prod (Talk) 07:36, 17 January 2009 (UTC)

Combat Arms Guide

Sure, it's fine with me if you do all the images.

I can continue to add to the guide right?
