Normal Strategy
Normal Goal
Run on to the high brick to get a power-up. Then watch out for the Hammer Bro. The group of blocks ahead contains mostly coins and ahead are some yoshis, continue eating the fruit on the way. Get the nine coins and jump on the Red Koopa Troopa, hit the lone brick for either a yoshi, power up, or 1-Up. Shortly after that are two Hammer Bros. jump on them and continue, watch out for the piranha plant and grap the midway flag. Go under the yellow pipe to get a star coin. Once up, go into the telltale near the top and grab the coins. Then watch out for some more Hammer Bros. Then just go on and finish the level.
Secret Goal
Follow the above instructions except when you reach the telltale jump above it and run till you come to the secret goal. Once you hit the flag, you will unlock the cannon leading to World 5.
Star Coins
- Star Coin #1: Shortly after the first yoshi, jump off the platform and flutter over to the first star Coin.
- Star Coin #2: The second star coin is after the midway flag at the group of warp pipes. The small piece of land is actually hiding a warp pipe, go down the pipe and flutter to the 2nd star coin.
- Star Coin #3: The third star coin is located at the red pipe hanging from the ceiling, wall jump off of the pipe to the final star coin.
