Holidays and events
Holidays such as Christmas, Halloween and Valentines Day are not present in Animal Crossing: Wild world. However, there are plenty of events to keep you busy through the year. A huge part of Animal Crossing's uniqueness is the function that allows certain events to happen at certain days or weeks in the year. The year calendar is a loop, so 2006's year is the same as 2007's.
This is how the information for each holiday or event will be displayed:
- When
- When the holiday or event will take place, regardless of year.
- Duration
- How long the holiday or event will last.
- Mayor
- Whether you can talk to Tortimer outside the town hall
- Gift
- Whether you can receive a gift for this holiday or events.
