Carver and Amos will want to use Kabuff twice.  After that, Amos and Carver should use Focus Strength + Double-Edged Slash, Milly should Heal and Buff according to what's needed, and Nevan should keep spamming the Ghent Staff.  Be careful though; Double-Edged Slash users will take 25% of the damage they do in exchange for doing 1.5x damage to their enemy.
