A freight train. You can jack it like other vehicles, but since it's on a track you it can only go forwards or backwards. Speed is also limited by the area where you are passing through, so you will slow down in some areas regardless of what you do. It is also impossible to destroy, so while you are in the train, you are immune to bullets etc. The train will also run over or push anything in it's way without taking damage itself. However the police can still pull you out and bust you if the train stops or slows down enough.
