Power-ups are scattered around each district, and they can also be received by crushing vehicles. Health and Armor can respawn during play, but other power-ups won't until you quit and resume saved status.

Health
GTA2 Sprite Health.png
Restores Health to 5 full hearts
Armor
GTA2 Sprite Armor.png GTA2 Icon Armor.png
10 extra Health against firearms: doesn't protect against being run over, direct hits from a Rocket Launcher, being arrested or falling.
Get Outta Jail Free Card
GTA2 Sprite Get Outta Jail Free Card.png GTA2 Icon Get Outta Jail Free Card.png
Keep weapons after being busted by cops once.
Cop Bribe
GTA2 Sprite Cop Bribe.png
Wanted level cleared.
Life 1
GTA2 Sprite Life.png
Gain 1 life.
Multiplier 1
GTA2 Sprite Multiplier.png
Increases bonus multiplier
Respect!
GTA2 Sprite Respect.png
Gain 1 Respect with a gang if in its territory.

The following power-ups have a time limit:

Double Damage

Doubles damage of firearms. Does not affect Rocket Launcher, Grenades, Molotov Cocktails and Vehicle Bomb.
ElectroFingers
GTA2 Sprite ElectroFingers.png GTA2 Icon ElectroFingers.png
Shocks and eventually kills anyone who comes in close contact: best used by punching out your targets and then standing over them until killed.
Fast Reload
GTA2 Sprite Fast Reload.png GTA2 Icon Fast Reload.png
Reload twice as fast, so you can fire twice as fast.
Invisibility
GTA2 Sprite Invisibility.png GTA2 Icon Invisibility.png
Makes you invisible to gang members and law enforcement.
Invulnerability*
GTA2 Sprite Invulnerability.png GTA2 Icon Invulnerability.png
Invulnerable to fists, bullets and cars. Does not apply to ElectroGun, ElectroFingers, water, being blown up in a car or falling.
