The lemmings will make their way to the top of the wire mesh by themselves. When the mesh is no longer as thick, use bashers and/or miners to hack your way into the spider web. The goal is to enter the web from the middle left. The lemmings will then drop down to the bottom, and it only takes one more miner to reach the exit.
