When they BOTH throw the peels, up the vine you go. There are gaps between the Lupins all along the vines, in which you may rest/time yourself/grab a bite to eat, so long as you position yourself correctly. And that should be it. Get yourself through the first vine, up to the platform, jump to the next, down the second vine, on the platform, jump to the next platform, up the last vine and avoid the Lupins and their peels.
