Upon escaping from Smith, the group sets its sights on acquiring the satellite dish from Vincent's den. Their initial point of entry is the cave.

Upon entering, it's imperative that you head straight forward; retracing your steps backward is not advised. As you navigate the cave's sides, a group of four gophers will confront you. Opt either to deal with them head-on or tactfully avoid them altogether. Along the way, seizing the ping-pong guns from the lurking rats can be advantageous.

Your journey deep within the cave presents an icy region adorned with pillars. Here, you'll encounter a formidable adversary: the Armadillo. Its unique attack style, involving rapid rolling followed by a transition to its standard form, makes it a tricky foe to counter. However, consistently targeting it during its rolling phase will eventually neutralize it. While there are a handful more of these armadillos to contend with, dispatching them allows you to press forward.

As you approach the riverbank within the cave, a host of rats brandishing ping-pong and freeze guns challenge you. Given their enhanced weaponry, resorting to range or power attacks proves to be the most effective strategy against them.

A frantic sequence ensues when Heather dashes through the cave, only to be cornered by three relentless rats. Engaging and defeating these rats is crucial for Heather's safety. Nearby, you'll find TNT barrels. It's essential to approach them with caution. Direct hits are hazardous and can drain your health. Instead, use range or power attacks to safely dispose of them.

Having secured Heather's freedom, continue your progression until you reach the Cave Exit. This signifies your departure from the cave's interior, but you're not quite outdoors yet...
