Besides a green haired Nurse Joy, Fuschia City is your atypical metropolitan area in Gold and Silver. It contains many houses along with a Pokémon Gym, a Pokémart, and a Pokémon Center. Unlike in Red and Blue, Fuschia City (in Gold/Silver) does not contain access to the Safari Zone.
