Before you can make a contribution, StrategyWiki requires that it's users register themselves before editing a page. Not only does this prevent sectarian vandalism from plaguing StrategyWiki's guides, but also allows users to be identified and credited under one common username. Registered users have the capability of participating in public discussions in the [[:StrategyWiki:Community Issues|community issues page]], the ability to message other editors via their talk pages, and be able to customize StrategyWiki's appearance and behavior to their liking.
