Find all 5 secret spots when you are the big Mario. One is where the cannon comes out, one by the hole in the mountainside near the cannons (bridge leads to it), one is where the rolling balls come out, and one is at the very top of the mountain. The last one is the small hole in the grey wall where you start, from the side by the beach. The star will appear on the floating island beyond the big/small pipe on the lowest level.
