He is much harder than Fracktail, the boss of chapter 1. Using Luigi for the battle is much easier than Mario because the antenna over Wracktail's head is higher than usual. Or throw a Wrackle of your best shot at his antenna. Just the same, avoid him when he charges at you and get on his back when the tremor comes. After 30 hits on his antenna, he is down.
