Do we really want to list all of the games avaliable in the Wii Virtual Console as Wii games? I almost removed the category on this page myself until I read the discussion page. It might be helpful to users to have a category for Virtual Console games, and I suppose this category could be a subset of Wii games. Also, we don't need to follow Wikipedia on this, but they have seperate categories for Wii games and Wii Virtual Console games, all under a single (general) Wii category. --inarius 11:28, 28 September 2006 (CDT)

It just occurred to me to check the Xbox 360 page, and Live Arcade games are listed under a subcategory, and not directly attributed to the parent category. I will go ahead and replicate this behavior on the Wii page. --inarius 11:34, 28 September 2006 (CDT)

Full sized maps

This Strategy Wiki page has maps for all the levels in Zelda along with detailed instructions on how to get through the levels. However if in addition to this you want Full Sized High Detail Zelda Maps for all the levels in The Legend of Zelda you can get them at NESMaps. In addition there is an interactive map of the overworld with animated enemies. -- Snesmaster 00:17, 22 February 2007 (CDT)

My main contribution to the gaming world is creating maps for SNES and NES games. This is a hobby of mine. Unfortunately the image files are too large to put directly on Strategy Wiki. I would like to contribute them, and I'm sure gamers would find them useful.

Right now the only way I know how to include these large images is to provide an external link. Also one of the Zelda maps is in Flash as a .swf file and this site does not support .swf (flash) files. If any one knows a better way around this other then trying to provide external links please let me know.

I tried posting the link on Wikipedia for Zelda and they tell me that type of link belongs in Strategy Wiki. And here I hear, those kind of links should go on Wikipedia and not here. I would love to put the maps directly on Strategy Wiki without needing to link to them. If anyone has suggestions let me know. If a way is not found to put them directly on Strategy Wiki, I would like permission to link to them. Thanks for your time. Snesmaster

You can still download large images that exceed the recommended limit, it is just not recommended. When putting them on pages, just scale them down so they fit on the page. --Ryan Schmidt^{Talk - Contribs} 21:00, 21 February 2007 (CST)
