To the Castle
When the cutscenes are over you need to follow the patch to Hyrule castle town. Remember that you can only enter the Hyrule castle town when it's day. Go to the market and find a girl named Malon. She will tell you that her dad still hasn't returned from the castle. Head north. After you get the introduction scene for the Hyrule castle head back to the market. Now head back to the Hyrule castle again. Now go talk to Malon, she will give you a "weird egg". Climb the vines and drop down the whole with the ladder. Exit the door. Now keep out of sight of the guards by walking along the hillside once the path starts to curve left. Head straight across the courtyard area to a brick wall on the left side of the main gate. If you see a guard, move out of his line of sight. Climb the wall and drop into the moat. Swim all the way to the bars (you should be able to pick up some money by staying near the middle) and climb onto the shore. If a day has passed and the chicken has hatched, then use it on him and he'll wake up. Now you can push the blocks to a position from which you can enter the courtyard.
