You will see a half-buried crate in the distance near several flags. Use the longshot to hook onto it and cross the River of Sand. You can also use your hover boots to cross. Now follow the flags. To your left is the path to the Carpet Merchant, who sells 10 Bombchus for 200 Rupees. You need the hover boots in order to reach him. Keep a close eye on the flags, because it is hard to see them in the sandstorm.
