You'll find yourself back in the main cavern, and near a rock blocking the path going clockwise. Grab one of the rocks on the ground and throw it at the Bomb Flowers on the wall. Or, if you played battlessquid,Hide and Seek, got the piece of heart fron the Forsaken Fortress and Pawprint isle (they are not mentiond in this walkthrough) and are at full health you can jump in the lava (why would anyone want to do that?!)
