Molgera is mainly in the middle of the quicksand whirlpool, sounds like a donkey and will try eat and spit out you if you get to close. Put on your iorn boots, L target the weird thing coming out of its mouth, and use the hookshot until it pulls his mouth in front of you. (If you get too close take off your iron boots and get back to the top.) Slash the thing 3 times. It will then release about 5 of its young from its mouth. Kill these so they don't get in the way.
