This user is an admitted Nintendo fan.

My name is Brandon Suit, though I often go by the online alias "echelon". I'm 20 years old and I am currently living in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia. As a programmer who does mostly web-related projects, StrategyWiki is one of a few creations related to gaming, which is a hobby I enjoy. I also enjoy the Japanese language and culture, and I have had fun travelling to Japan. (I highly recommend it!)

I love the concept behind wikis; it goes without saying that I'd really like to see StrategyWiki become a great resource for gamers everywhere. I soon hope to combine the efforts I am putting into other gaming-related projects to create a kind of "open source gaming media".

Resolve StrategyWiki:License and StrategyWiki:Copyrights, following Wikipedia's model.
Relicense StrategyWiki:
- Create a GFDL template for articles to denote that they are under the old license, then:
  - Mark every article and every image with the template.
  - Make a list of authors who are willing to retroactively license under the SWPL.
- Take StrategyWiki offline so no contributions are made. Change StrategyWiki:License to SWPL, and change all references stating that new submissions are GFDL to SWPL. Record the time and date when finished, and state that all edits prior to that are GFDL and all edits after are SWPL unless otherwise stated.

Critical:

Move StrategyWiki to the DSmeet server or figure out a better way to get database backups on the current host.
Make sure regular editors have backups of the database on hand for safety's sake.
