Carrot Steamer[edit]

Merlin:
Get five of these objects to receive a Clock symbol.

Once Merlin has disappeared you have to direct Bugs towards a Golden Carrot; once you have collected it, a vacuum ejector will prevent him from going any further, so you shall have to direct him back towards a button which is hanging from the ceiling and press it to make four vertically-oriented platforms rotate 90 degrees on their Y-axes. You'll now have to jump onto each of the four now-horizontally-oriented platforms and a second solid one in turn, then jump onto one of two more platforms that are circling around in an anticlockwise direction and a third solid platform in turn (while avoiding getting sucked into an "Acme Vacuum", which if it sucks Bugs into it shall spew him back out of the ejector you saw earlier!) - and once you have done so, you will have to jump onto a conveyor belt and a fourth platform in turn (while watching out for five steam pipes). You then have to jump onto a platform that is moving back and forth and a fifth solid one in turn, then jump onto a sixth solid one, and pass a Checkpoint (while watching out for a sixth steam pipe); once you have done so, you shall have to jump back onto the fifth solid platform, then (while watching out for a seventh steam pipe) drop down onto a waterspout (when it is dormant). You will then have to jump up onto a seventh solid platform, two more waterspouts (again, when they are dormant), an eighth solid platform, three flame spouts (once again, when they are dormant) and the cap on a fourth waterspout in turn - and when the fourth waterspout erupts, it will blast the cap into the air, and cause Bugs to collect another Golden Carrot. You will then have to jump onto a ninth solid platform, another conveyor belt (while watching out for six more steam pipes), two weighted platforms, a tenth solid platform, a third conveyor belt (while watching out for thirteenth steam pipe and two spiked rollers) and an eleventh solid platform in turn to pass another Checkpoint; once you've done so, you will have to direct Bugs over one of two trap doors until you come to Muggsy. Once he has seen Bugs he will start chasing him, so you will have to direct him over to one of the trap doors - and once he has run onto it, it will open up and cause him to fall through it. You shall now have to direct Bugs towards a green button, then jump on it to make it turn red and raise that Acme 30,000-volt gate that both Rocky and Muggsy lowered after going through it in the opening cutscene.

You will then have to direct Bugs back over the trap doors towards three valves, and kick them to make three more capped waterspouts erupt; once you have jumped onto each of the caps and a twelfth solid platform in turn you will have to jump onto two more platforms that are moving back and forth and a thirteenth solid platform in turn, and kick a fourth valve to make an eighth capped waterspout shut off. You will then have to jump onto the cap, wait for the spout to erupt again, and once it gets blasted up into the air, jump onto a fourteenth solid platform, to collect a third Golden Carrot and a Clock - and once you have done so, you will have to kick a fifth valve, to make a ninth capped waterspout shut off. You will then have to jump onto the cap (and that of a tenth capped waterspout) in turn, drop down to a fifteenth solid platform and pass a third Checkpoint; once you have done so, you will have to jump up onto fourth conveyor belt (while watching out for a fourteenth steam pipe!), a third weighted platform, a fifth conveyor belt (while watching out for two more steam pipes), and a sixteenth solid platform in turn to collect a fourth Golden Carrot. You shall now have to jump on another green button to make it turn red (and cause a platform to come down from the ceiling) - and once you have jumped back up to the fifth conveyor belt (while watching out for a seventeenth steam pipe), you will have to jump onto a seventeenth solid platform, a sixth conveyor belt (while watching out for two more spiked rollers), you will have to jump onto three more solid platforms (the twentieth one being the one that came down from the ceiling) and a funnel in turn as a mouse steals the key that was hovering over it. Before you follow him, you will have to jump onto a twenty-first solid platform, kick a Security Guard three times to knock him out and kick an Acme Box to smash it; you then have to jump back over to the funnel and jump into it in order to proceed to Warehouse 1.

Warehouse 1[edit]

Once Bugs has smashed his head into the ground (and the exit door has closed behind him), you will have to kick an Acme Import box twice to smash it (it will leave another Clock behind); once you've collected it, you will have to follow the red arrow that has appeared above Bugs' head to find the mouse (while watching out for two rolling trolleys which cannot cause injury to Bugs but can still push him back), and when you come to two grates with Golden Carrots over them, you will have to sneak over them to collect them. Once you have caught up with the mouse and kicked him to temporarily knock him out, Bugs will say Gotcha!, as he retrieves the key - and you'll then have to direct him towards the exit door, press another button which is hanging from the ceiling to open it again, and go through it to return to Carrot Steamer (there are also two more Acme Import boxes in this warehouse which will both leave two Normal Carrots behind when smashed). Once Bugs has reappeared in Carrot Steamer, you will have to jump back onto the starting platform, a seventh conveyor belt, a twenty-second solid platform, an eighth conveyor belt, and a twenty-third solid platform in turn (to pass a fourth Checkpoint); once you have done so, you will have to jump onto a ninth conveyor belt, an eleventh waterspout (yet again, when it is dormant), a tenth conveyor belt, twelfth waterspout (for a fifth time, when it's dormant), an eleventh conveyor belt and four more solid platforms in turn, and kick another Security Guard three times to knock him out. You'll now have to collect a third Clock - and once you've done so, you will have to jump onto four more solid platforms in turn to collect a seventh Golden Carrot, then kick another Acme Box to smash it. You will now have to jump back over to the thirtieth solid platform, put the key in the lock to raise the exit door, and go through it to Carrot Packers (if Bugs is compressed here, he'll be transformed into a tin of carrot juice).

Carrot Packers and Warehouse 2[edit]

Once Bugs has reappeared, you shall have to jump onto another platform, run through a compressor and run under a guillotine; once you have done so, you shall have to jump onto a third platform, run under three cleavers and jump onto a fourth platform to pass a Checkpoint. You shall then have to jump onto a conveyor belt (while watching out for three rotating blades) and a fifth platform in turn, then jump onto a third green button to make it turn red and raise another Acme 30,000-volt gate - and once you have done so, you will have to retrace your steps back to that fourth platform, jump onto a swinging rope and a pole on a sixth platform in turn, then (while watching out for electrical currents) climb up it and collect an eighth Golden Carrot. You shall now have to jump onto a second swinging rope and a seventh platform in turn, kick a third Security Guard three times to knock him out,and kick a third Acme Box to smash it; once you have done so, you shall have to direct Bugs down a ramp and collect a fourth Clock. Once you have done so, you will have to jump onto a fourth green button to make it turn red and cause a platform to come down from the ceiling - and you'll then have to retrace your steps back to the fourth platform again, jump onto an eighth platform and run through two compressors. Once you have done it, you shall have to jump onto a ninth platform, direct Bugs up another ramp, kick a fourth Security Guard three times to knock him out and kick a fourth Acme Box to smash it; once you do it you'll have to jump onto another funnel (as the mouse again steals the key that was hovering over it). You'll now have to jump into the funnel to proceed to Warehouse 2 - and once Bugs has smashed his head into the ground (and the exit door has closed behind him), you will again have to follow the red arrow that has appeared above his head to find the mouse, kick him to temporarily knock him out once you have caught up with him while watching out for two more rolling trolleys (and four Gangsters emerging from the trap doors) and retrieve the key. There are also two more Golden Carrots and a fifth Clock (the tenth Golden Carrot and the Clock are hidden behind two more Acme Import boxes), which Bugs must find and collect before you can direct him towards the warehouse's exit door, press the button that's hanging from the ceiling to open it, and go through it in order to return to Carrot Packers.

Once Bugs has reappeared in Carrot Packers, you'll have to collect a sixth Clock; once you have done so, you will have to retrace your steps back over to the ninth platform, jump onto a third conveyor belt, run under another guillotine, run through a pair of jaws and run under three more guillotines, jump onto a tenth platform, run up a third ramp and pass a fifth Checkpoint. You'll then have to jump onto a fourth conveyor belt (while watching out for three blowtorches) and two more platforms in turn (the twelfth being that one that came down from the ceiling!), collect an eleventh Golden Carrot, and kick a fifth Acme Box to smash it as a seventh Clock emerges from it - and once you have collected it, you shall have to jump back onto the eleventh platform and a thirteenth one in turn (while watching out for a rolling pin), jump onto a fourteenth platform (while watching out for four two-ton weights, but unlike those in The Planet X File, these ones won't instantly flatten Bugs if they should come down on him), jump onto a fifteenth platform (while watching out for two more rolling pins), put the key in the lock to raise the exit door, and go through it to proceed to Expedition Room (and the final battle of this era).

Expedition Room[edit]

As Rocky emerges from the pair of double doors on an unreachable platform, three two-ton weights shall lower themselves down above him; once Bugs has reappeared, you shall have to jump onto three conveyor belts (onto which Normal Carrots, Acme Import boxes, TNT boxes, and unbreakable brown boxes are being dropped, along with barrels containing Gangsters) and another platform in turn, and press one of the three hanging buttons (depending on which two-ton weight Rocky is standing under) to make that weight fall on him. Once you've done so he'll drop a twelfth Golden Carrot - and Muggsy will now emerge from the pair of double doors on the starting platform, meaning that Bugs will have to retrace his steps back over to that platform again. Kicking Muggsy is ineffective, so you'll have to wait until his gun gets jammed, pick up one of the two mallets (which are on a twenty-second timer), and hit Muggsy to make him drop a thirteenth Golden Carrot; once you have collected it, you shall have to repeat the process again to make both gangsters drop two more Golden Carrots, then repeat the first half of it for a third time after you have collected Muggsy's second one. Once Rocky has had a third two-ton weight fall on him, he'll drop an eighth Clock, struggle to pull his hat back up and fall off the edge of his platform - and a third platform shall now rise out of the pit (which Bugs must then jump onto). Once you've jumped onto the now-reachable fourth platform and collected both of Rocky's Golden Carrots (along with the eighth Clock), the double doors Rocky came in through will open and Bugs must go through them to end the level (and the era).

Once Bugs has jumped back out of the level's drain cover, Merlin will appear and say Great. Just perfect. You have completed this level. before showing him that (because he now has 312 Golden Carrots and 118 Clocks) he has now opened up Train Your Brain; he will then say Let me save your position.. Regardless of your answer "YES" or "NO", you shall now have to activate the Time Machine, move it left twice to select The Medieval Period and press Start button (Windows: Enter) to enter it for the final time - and you'll then have to direct Bugs towards the now-opened hole of Downhill Duck and jump into it. The level, like "Witch" Way to Albuquerque? and The Conquest for Planet X, also sees Bugs constantly on a timer and having to collect +3 stopwatches.
