Yoshi's Tropical Island is the fourth of the six default stages of the game. Yoshi made this board to celebrate, but there's trouble on the middle of the island. Blue Yoshi needs help getting Pink Yoshi because he is trapped by whirlpools.
There are two sides of this board: cantaloupe island and watermelon island. Toad and Boo are on cantaloupe island and Bowser is on watermelon island, where he will sell you a Bowser tube, which you can't use, for 30 coins.
There are also two thwomps on the middle of the island that charge the 1st player to pass 1 coin and the 2nd player to pass 2 coins. The price keeps going up until it reaches 50 coins. The thwomp will stop at 50 coins.
If someone lands on a happening space, Bubba switches Toad's and Bowser's spaces.
At the end of the game, the winner's stars get rid of the whirlpools and form a bridge for the Blue Yoshi to cross to meet his friend on the small island. The winner quickly comes to the island as well, and the player's in 2nd and 3rd place, Toad, Koopa, Boo, a thwomp, and the star follow. The player in 4th place tries to join them but gets taken away by Bubba.
