There are 9 cars in the game each with their own qualities, weak points, and driving style. Below are the facts and figures of each of them, as well as some information on how they drive, and their strengths and weaknesses. Each car within the game can can be fine-tuned. This includes brake bias, downforce, and gear ratios. There is also a Showcase option where players can watch a short video presentation of each vehicle in the game and check real-life performance stats, history, and a slide show.

The McLaren F1 is the ultimate car in the game. Reaching a top speed of 231 MPH makes it the ideal car for the Proving Ground, although it's top speed is not as useful elsewhere. Beginners should however look elsewhere - this car is a bit of a handful around bends at high speed.

Ferrari F50[edit]

  • Tires Front: 245/35ZR18
  • Tires Rear: 335/30ZR18

The ideal beginner's car. This one has average all-round acceleration, speed, and handling. It may not be the best in any category but is a very good compromise. If you're struggling, try this.

Ford GT90[edit]

  • Status: Prototype
  • Weight: 3,200 lbs (estimated)
  • Weight Distribution F/R: 42% / 58%

  • Brakes F/R: 12.9 in / 12.9 in
  • Tires Front: 275/35ZR18
  • Tires Rear: 355/30ZR19

This car feels fast. It's blue cockpit is either loved or hated, and the Ford badge is hardly supercar related but this is a surprisingly good car. A quick drive through North Country shows the best of this car.

Lotus Elise GT1[edit]

  • Price: $645,000
  • Status: Prototype
  • Weight: 2,315 lbs
  • Weight Distribution F/R: 40% / 60%
  • Length: 176.8 in
  • Width: 81.5 in
  • Height: 43.3 in
  • Top Speed: 195 MPH (estimated)
  • 0 to 60 MPH: 3.8 Seconds
  • 0 to 100 MPH: 9.0 Seconds
  • Transmission Type: Manual
  • Gearbox: 6 Speed
  • Engine Type: Twin-Turbo V8
  • Displacement: 3,506 cc
  • Horsepower: 350 BHP @ 6,500 RPM
  • Torque: 295 lb/ft @ 4,250 RPM
  • Max Engine Speed: 7,200 RPM
  • Brakes F/R: 14.0 in / 14.0 in
  • Tires Front: 275/35ZR18
  • Tires Rear: 345/35ZR18

Nice looking, a bit slow accelerating, and not super fast, but quite a good car all-round. Not quite a first choice but good for a challenge.

Class B[edit]

Ford Indigo[edit]

  • Weight Distribution F/R: 40% / 60%

  • Brakes F/R: 13.2 in / 14.0 in
  • Tires Front: 325/30ZR17
  • Tires Rear: 355/35ZR18

The fastest looking car, it takes its styling from Formula 1 and Indy race cars. It's lower performance figures are compensated for by low weight being 900 lbs lighter than the Ford GT90. A well suited car for the Monolothic Studios track. To unlock this car, you have to either win Tournament Mode or enter a cheat code (see Cheats).

Jaguar XJ220[edit]

  • Price: $339,000

  • 0 to 60 MPH: 3.4 Seconds
  • 0 to 100 MPH: 7.9 Seconds
  • Transmission Type: Manual
  • Gearbox: 5 Speed
  • Engine Type: 24 Valve Twin-Turbo V12
  • Displacement: 3,497cc
  • Horsepower: 542 BHP @ 7,200 RPM
  • Torque: 475 lb/ft @ 4,500 RPM (estimated)

  • Brakes F/R: 13.0 in / 11.8 in
  • Tires Front: 255/45ZR17
  • Tires Rear: 345/35ZR18

A bit of an ugly looking car, compared to some of the others on offer, and with a dashboard taken straight out of a Ford Fiesta it would seem, the Jaguar XJ220 has quick acceleration and speed, but can be a bit difficult to handle, as it slides quite a bit.

  • Top Speed: 212 MPH (estimated)
  • 0 to 60 MPH: 4.0 Seconds
  • 0 to 100 MPH: N/A
  • Transmission Type: Manual
  • Gearbox: 6 Speed
  • Engine Type: 48 Valve V12
  • Displacement: 6,000 cc
  • Horsepower: 408 BHP @ 6,200 RPM

  • Brakes F/R: 13.0 in / 12.2 in

It has okay acceleration and faster than a Ferrari. Nothing paticularly special, try it for an easy-ish challenge.

Class C[edit]

  • 0 to 60 MPH: 5.0 Seconds
  • 0 to 100 MPH: 10.9 Seconds
  • Transmission Type: Manual
  • Gearbox: 6 Speed
  • Engine Type: 40 Valve V10
  • Displacement: 3,900 cc
  • Horsepower: 400 BHP @ 7200 RPM
  • Torque: N/A
  • Max Engine Speed: 7,500 RPM
  • Brakes F/R: 12.2 in / 12.2 in
  • Tires Front: 225/40ZR18
  • Tires Rear: 295/40ZR18

A middle of the field car, slow accelerating, and a low top speed, but steady. A car for building up skill to get ready to take on the Lotus Esprit V8.

Lotus Esprit V8[edit]

  • Transmission Type: Manual
  • Gearbox: 5 Speed

  • Horsepower: 350 BHP @ 6,500RPM
  • Torque: 295 lb/ft @ 4,250 RPM
  • Max Engine Speed: 7,200 RPM
  • Brakes F/R: 11.6 in / 11.8 in
  • Tires Front: 235/40ZR17
  • Tires Rear: 285/35ZR18

A real challenge for the cheapest car on offer. Despite sharing the engine with the Lotus Elise GT1, it can't keep up with the rest of the field. Still it's a classic. Try it out for maximum difficulty.
