No, it's not that hard: Stand at the door left, from there you put almost all your MP into diana+griffin and smash him. When your mp is empty, simply wait. If fireballs come, use Pluto+Unicorn to avoid damage, and deactivate it if fireballs are over. When you recovered some mp, start with diana+griffin again and he is dead fast. I did it on lV20 and needed like 115% of my MP (that means I recovered 15% and used them, then he died already).
No, it's not hard: Stand at the left door, use diana+griffen, and hit him. After 6-8 shots he is dead. Done. (Should be faster than he can even attack you, if not use Pluto+Unicorn)
If you count your damage, you can even use pluto+mandragora to get the 20% ep bonus for killing him.
