Welcome to StrategyWiki![edit]

Hello Kromatt! Welcome to StrategyWiki. Thank you for your contributions. If you have any questions, just contact a sysop through their talk page or post on the staff lounge, and they'd be happy to help. If you need help editing, check the StrategyWiki Guide. If you have a question about the content on this wiki, you can check out our staff lounge page. If you want to ask questions or hang out in IRC, we're usually around. On the other hand, if you have ideas for StrategyWiki, bring them up on the forums.

Please remember to sign your name on, and only on, talk pages by clicking Wikisigbutton.png or using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. When making an edit, proofread your changes at least once by using the preview button below the editing box. Finally, please do your best to always fill in the edit summary field as this helps to document all of your hard work. Feel free to delete this message from your talk page if you like, or keep it for reference. Happy editing! -- najzereT 17:20, 1 October 2009 (UTC)

Consolidate your edits[edit]

Hi, thank you for your contributions. Please use full page editing and the preview button to help reduce the amount of edits to the pages you're working on. You can edit the entire page by clicking on the "Edit" tab at the top of the page. Take your time to work out all of the changes you are going to make before submitting them. Making multiple minor edits makes it harder to use a page's history, and an administrator has to patrol every one of the changes you make. If you are editing a page more than three or four consecutive times within 10 minutes, you need to slow down. If you're worried about losing your work, copy the contents of the page into a text editor where you can even save it to your computer if you like. Thanks, — najzereT 18:43, 1 October 2009 (UTC)

No really, stop making a bunch of tiny edits. If you want to change all headings on the page, use the full page editing (click the edit tab at the top of the page) and change them in one go. This is your second warning. — najzereT 18:49, 1 October 2009 (UTC)
Okay, last warning. You need to read your talk page and either respond or follow the directions herein. If you continue to spam recent changes, you will be temporarily banned. — najzereT 18:56, 1 October 2009 (UTC)

Editing[edit]

Please read the user guide which will explain that we don't use all caps in guide pages. Specifics for how to format page headings can be found on this page. Thanks, — najzereT 18:56, 1 October 2009 (UTC)

Banned[edit]

You've been banned for two hours. In the future, please pay attention to the messages being left on your talk page and adhere to them. In this case, your multiple minor edits make the page's history harder follow and create unnecessary work for administrators who must patrol each edit. Also, by using the show preview button instead of saving, you can fix the numerous issues that crop up (e.g. not ending your tables). Your ban has been set for two hours, so please take that time to read through the user guide. Thanks, — najzereT 19:08, 1 October 2009 (UTC)
