You still have a long journey ahead. This and the next area, Agniratha, will be inaccessible far later on. Be sure to find all locations and do all sidequests before you leave this area. Don't worry if you can't handle the unique monsters now.
Your objective again is to go to the top area where another large elevator would be. It would be a long journey if you're up to it. As usual, take down as many Mechons as you can. You don't want to have a sour experience with a team that is two or three levels below the enemies later on.
