- Controls most of Astro's movements both on ground and in the air.
- Moves the camera
- Propels Astro skyward and lowers him.
- Jump, a double jump will activate Astro's Rocket Feet.
- Fires the Digibeam
- Interaction. Punching. Held down while in flight, activates Astro's turbo boosters in his Rocket Feet, or produce a spin attack while in battle.
- Fires the Arm Canon. Also doubles as the back button.
- Lock on targeting
- Rotates the camera left.
- Activates Astro's X-Ray vision.
- Rotates the camera right.
- Causes Astro to make an abrupt landing.
- The pause menu, here you eather go to Power Data, Controls, or Screen Setings.
- First person view mode.
