One of the defining aspects of Gunstar Heroes is the ability to combine two of the four starting weapons into better weapons.

Starting Weapons

  • Force — Rapidly fires a stream of bullets.
  • Lighting — Fires a laser that penetrates enemies and walls.
  • Chaser — Fires bullets that home in on an enemy.
  • Fire — Fires a short-ranged, but powerful, stream of fire.
