Arsenal of Democracy is a World War II strategy game developed by BL-Logic and published by Paradox Interactive on February 23, 2010. It is based off Hearts of Iron II, with changes from the original game to add additional technologies and strategic realism. It is also designed to be freely moddable by players to make their own scenarios.
