Talk here about how many blasts it will take to destroy Particle cannon
Building multiple Supply Drop Zones before building your Particle Cannons is a suggested strategy.  When all of your PC's are built at once, they are less susceptible to destruction while being built.

Further into the game, it will be necessary to beef up your defenses a bit more with EMP Patriots to defend against persistent Comanche helicopter attacks.  Colonel Burton will also be attacking your base, so Sentry Drones upgraded with machine guns will also come in handy.

Build and upgrade a Reactor.  Build a second dozer and construct a Barracks.  Build a Supply Center and immediately build a second Chinook supply helicopter.

Be sure that all buildings are placed far enough apart so that the Particle Cannons cannot destroy two buildings at once.

The odds are enemy infantry may occupy one of the five civilian buildings right in front of your base before you can get to it.  Go ahead and research Flash Bang technology at your Barracks.  Create a Ranger and five Missile defenders.  Have your Ranger clear any garrisoned structures with the Flash Bang and then put your five Missile Defenders in each of the five separate buildings.

Have a Pathfinder stationed on both sides of the garrisoned buildings.  This way, you will not have to worry about enemy Colonel Burton blowing up your buildings.
There is one area at the top of the overpass north of the garrisoned buildings that eventually a Laser Tank will target your buildings and your Missile Defenders will have a hard time targeting it.  Move Colonel Burton onto the overpass, behind the Laser Tank, and keep him stationed there to destroy it and future Laser Tanks that come up the overpass.

Build two Patriots to the northeast of your base, separated by a safe distance.  You must keep these here to protect your base from Comanche attacks.  They will be destroyed by PC blasts, but that’s okay.  Just continue to rebuild them.

Mission accomplished!

Note: A 10 strikes are particularly good at taking out multiple Laser Turrets.
2ND option to victory,
Build a second dozer, and a powerplant.
Order for the construction of supply centre and barracks.
Build 3 rangers and upgrade capture building.
Build 2 supply helicopters.
Put 2 rangers in a chopper and fly them to the east (right) and then up to the tech buildings, drop your men and capture those derricks. They'll be destroyed pretty quickly but it's worth it. Capture the refinery as well since it is his primary target giving you more reward from the derricks (But if you also bring a couple of missile defenders and a dozer, you can build a barracks and hold the derricks with just infantry for the entire game).
the 3th ranger can capture the derrick above your base.
While capturing build a airfield (first) and a single EMP in front of your supply centre. Make sure to keep some distance, in case it's hit by a PC if your to slow.
Build a strategy centre left below your Command centre.
During the building of the strategy centre you can build another EMP just below the derrick you captured.
Now construct a PC in the triangle between the edge of the map your Command centre and the oil derrick. If you have been fast enough it's above 90% (or finished) when he starts firing his first PC.
He will target your PC with his PC ALWAYS!  If you keep the dozer nearby you can repair him almost completely before the second PC hits you. And again repair it before the 3th PC hits.  Notice that you now have eliminated the threat of his PC's since he does not destroy anything...
During the hits of the PC you can construct a EMP near the Tech garage to seal of that part of your base.
After the 3th Particle strike build a second PC and some spare powerplants.
Complement your centre defense with Colonel Burton, and just wait.

He will hit you again 3 times with his beams but if you keep the dozer attached to your PC you should have no problems keeping it in one piece.

Now it's your turn. Aim your PC beams at the point where his 3 PC's come together.
All three of them will go down.

Now your in the lead, strengthen your defenses, build a aurora (or 2) to get rid of the annoying avengers.
The next time your PC's are ready take out both war factory's. He will rebuild them but it gives you more time to build defenses.

Now build 4 more PC's use them to destroy his command centre and dozers and then all remaining buildings.

Mission accomplished.
