You probably already know about this dance stepping game which first came out of the arcade. As with subsequent games throughout the consoles except for PC and the handheld games, the idea is simple: You match the arrows with timing.

Hardcore fans would have a hands on approach which you have to step on the arrows with the timing that you need to be able to move around the mat. Casual fans would prefer to use their hands so the controller no matter the console if having a dance mat is too much of whether the room isn't big enough to fit in.

For people who prefer the dancing mat must always start on easy to learn the steps before you go up the difficulty. For people who uses the controller is also the same and needs to relax and stay comfortable when playing the game.
