Billy Coen[edit]
One of the two protagonists, Billy is an escaped convict who was wrongly convicted of murder. He's stronger and faster than Rebecca. In this guide, we will use Billy most of the time.
Rebecca Chambers[edit]
The other protagonist, a member of a police force called S.T.A.R.S. Her advantage over Billy is that she can mix herbs and can shoot faster with the hunting gun.
James Marcus[edit]
The antagonist. He has lost his life due to Umbrella and has taken revenge against them.
Albert Wesker[edit]
Captain of S.T.A.R.S, he plays a very small role in this game.
William Birkin[edit]
Scientist. Also plays a small role.
Enrico Marini[edit]
Leader of S.T.A.R.S Bravo team, only seen in the beginning and in the underground laboratory.
