Well, I had a house upgrade to 5th stage, then loaded the game back to a few months before the upgrade, and finished the year again with more money, but (for some reason) horrible "farm growth", and the house did not upgrade. Homestead upgrade criteria[edit]
I received the upgrade from stage 1 to stage 2 (bigger house) the first year, with 166,609 at the end of the year, and 141,082 after taxes. --Thelr (talk) 17:30, 25 October 2016 (UTC)
