From Quake II, PC version, you find your first Bandolier guarded by a Tank early in the Detention Center level. It gives you the ability to carry 150 Shells and 250 Bullets around with you rather than the previous limits of 100 and 200. To the left of this screenshot is the heavy door that needs the Blue Key to open it.
