Kingdom Hearts/Keyblades & Other Weapons

Kingdom Hearts features a lot of different weapons. Some of them are parts of the story, while others may need special requirements.

Sora's Starting Weapons

As the game starts, the player have to choose the starting weapon to determine Sora's later status. And after that and before Sora receives his keyblade, he has to use a toy sword for a while.

Dream Sword

Atk : +2 (-1 if not chosen) Str : - MP  : - Des : ??? (as state in the option) Loc : Awakening. In the beginning. Note: It will effects Sora's attack ability. Cannot be obtained later, after you lose it.

Dream Rod

Atk : - Str : - MP  : +2 (-1 if not chosen) Des : ??? (as state in the option) Loc : Awakening. In the beginning. Note: It will effects Sora's magic ability. Later obtained as Donald's weapon.

Dream Shield

Atk : - Str : +2 (-1 if not chosen) MP  : - Des : ??? (as state in the option) Loc : Awakening. In the beginning. Note: It will effects Sora's support ability. Later obtained as Goofy's weapon.

Wooden Sword

Atk : - Str : - MP  : - Des : A toy sword made of wood. Loc : Destiny Islands. Automatically gained. Gained later in Hollow Bastion as part of the story. Note: No special attributes.

Sora's Weapons

Sora's main weapon is the keyblade. It powers depend on the via keychain attached on it. Throughout the game you obtain many keychains, all of which modify it looks, strength, magic, agility, or range of attack.

Kingdom Key

Atk : 3 Str : - MP  : - Des : The keychain attached draws out the Keyblade's true form and power. Loc : Destiny Islands. Automatically gained. Note: No special attributes.

Jungle King

Atk : 5 Str : +2 MP  : - Des : Has a long reach, but seldom deals critical blows. Loc : Deep Jungle. Received from Tarzan after you seal the world. Note: A good weapon in the beginning which specialize on range.

Three Wishes

Atk : 6 Str : +3 MP  : - Des : A powerful weapon that is difficult to deflect. Loc : Agrabah. Received from Aladdin after you seal the world. Note: Short range but useful in the beginning.

Crabclaw

Atk : 6 Str : +3 MP  : +1 Des : Raises max MP by 1, and enhances magic and summon power. Also deals good physical damage. Loc : Atlantica. Received from Ariel after you seal the world. Note: Boost magic and summon power including Sora's MP.

Spellbinder

Atk : 4 Str : +1 MP  : +2 Des : Raises max MP by 2, and significantly enhances magic and summon power. Loc : Traverse Town. Return to Merlin after having all level 1 magic spells. Note: Boost greatly magic and summon power including Sora's MP, but lacks physical power.

Pumpkinhead

Atk : 7 Str : +4 MP  : - Des : Has a long reach and the ability to deal a string of critical blows. Loc : Halloween Town. Received from Jack Skellington after you seal the world. Note: A very good weapon which specialize on range.

Fairy Harp

Atk : 8 Str : +5 MP  : +1 Des : Raises max MP by 1, and enhances magic and summon power. Sometimes deals powerful critical blows. Loc : Neverland. Received from Peter Pan after you seal the world. Note: Short range. Boost greatly magic and summon power including Sora's MP.

Metal Chocobo

Atk : 10 Str : +7 MP  : -1 Des : Possesses incredible power and reach, but reduces max MP by 1. Rarely deals critical blows. Loc : Olympus Coliseum. Defeat Cloud in Hercules Cup. Note: Long range. Boost greatly physical power, but reduces Sora's MP.

Oathkeeper

Atk : 9 Str : +6 MP  : +1 Des : Raises max MP by 1, and enhances magic and summon power. Capable of dealing a string of critical blows. Loc : Traverse Town. Receive from Kairi as a part of the story near in the end. Note: The most balanced keyblade.

Oblivion

Atk : 11 Str : +8 MP  : -1 Des : Possesses colossal power, but reduces max MP by 1. Loc : Hollow Bastion. Obtained in the chest in Grand Hall. Note: One of the strongest keyblade, but reduces Sora's MP.
