Final Fantasy IV (known as Final Fantasy II in the United States) is consistently ranked as one of the finest ever produced. The plot follows the quest of Cecil who seeks to recover the magic crystals in order to save the world from the evil that threatens to destroy it. Originally released on the Super Nintendo, it has since been re-released in the PlayStation compilation Final Fantasy Chronicles, and on the Gameboy Advance as Final Fantasy IV Advance.
