Spirits and Nightmares

Aura Lion

KH3D Aura Lion (Spirit).png

The Aura Lion's signature ability is to launch illusions of itself at enemies. When fighting enemies up close, they can slash with their paws or lunge upon their foes. Furthermore, their Light-based alignment makes them 65% resistant to those kinds of attacks. To top it off, they're immune to Mini, Confuse, and Sleep status effects, have the highest Strength of any Light-based Dream Eater, and have good HP, Defense, and Magic.

That said, the Aura Lion has several weaknesses. First of all, it's big enough to use Flowmotion upon, making it something of an easy target. Furthermore, Aura Lions have a -65% vulnerability to Dark-based attacks, such as many of Riku's exclusive abilities. It is also a bit weak against other elemental attacks.

The Aura Lion is most common in the Country of the Musketeers. It can be found in Portals from The Grid onwards, and is Rarely found after the Country of the Musketeers.

Recipes for Aura Lion include Brilliant Fantasy + Intrepid Fantasy, Intrepid Fantasy + Noble Fantasy, and Savage Fantasy + Noble Fantasy. Sora's Link Attack is Aura Raid, and Riku's is Shining Hammer.

Cera Terror

KH3DCera Terror (Nightmare).png

The Cera Terror is a large lumbering foe with two forms. The first is its regular form, that of a Triceratops-like monster, capable of charging at slashing at enemies. It can also shoot energy discs. The second form, arguably more dangerous, is that of a spiky ball, bouncing around until it hits a foe. This form deals significant damage. In either form, the Cera Terror has tremendous HP and Strength/

That said, there are weaknesses. The second form can be blocked easily, temporarily disarming the Cera Terror. Although it has no particular weakness to any element, it is generally vulnerable to magic in general, which conveniently keeps one out of its range. It is also vulnerable to status effects other than Slow.

Cera Terror is a normal foe in Traverse Town's second visit, the Country of the Musketeers, and The World That Never Was. There are a variety of recipes for it, but all of them involve Grim Fantasy. Sora's Link Attack is Roll Call, while Riku's is Shining Hammer.

Chef Kyroo

KH3DChef Kyroo (Spirit).png

Chef Kyroo is one of Dream Drop Distance's several frog-based enemies. This one uses Fire attacks and a frying pan to face off against foes. The pan is a useful short-ranged weapon and doubles as a shield. At medium ranges, he spews fire, taking advantage of his impressive Magic stats. The Chef's affinity to fire makes him quite resistant to fire-based attacks. He is also immune to Ignition and Time Bombs.

The chef has several weaknesses. His shield, though impenetrable to attacks, is bypassed by magic, even Fire magic. Speaking of magic, Kyroo is vulnerable to Ice and especially Water-based abilities and spells. And although he's equipped with melee options, Chef Kyroo has notably below average Strength to use them with.

Chef Kyroo is a normal foe on Traverse Town's second visit, the Country of the Musketeers, and Symphony of Sorcery. Most of the recipes for it involve Wondrous Fancy. Sora's Link Attack is Decussation, while Riku's is Fire Raid.

Cyber Yog

KH3DCyber Yog (Nightmare).png

This Grid-exclusive enemy has many things in common with its cousin, the Yoggy Ram. Its horns are effective weapons, and are accompanied by some fierce ranged attacks. These include long-range lasers, low-sweeping beams, and explosive energy circles laid in the ground like mines. These work well with its good magic stat. To top it off, the Cyber Yog is quite resistant to Thunder attacks, in addition to its good defenses.

On the other hand, Cyber Yogs are generally weak against elemental attacks in general. Most notable are Ice attacks, which get a 70% boost against it.

Cyber Yogs exclusively appear in The Grid. Recipes for it include either Noble Fancy or Noble Fantasy. Sora's Link Attack is Whirling Brono, while Riku's is Thunderstorm.

Drak Quack

KH3DDrak Quack (Spirit).png

The Drak Quack is a ranged fighter by nature, though it does have some melee abilities. Using homing missiles and sonic waves, it can take out enemies from a distance. Plus, it has Fire resistance, along with minor resistances to Thunder, Light, and Dark, not to mention immunity to Ignition and Time Bombs.

That said, the Drak Quack is not the best fighter. It has a terrible Attack stat, not to mention low HP and defense. Combined with its notable weakness against Water, and you have a flawed combatant.

Drak Quacks appear in The World That Never Was and in Portals in the Country of the Musketeers. Recipes for it all require Wondrous Fantasy. Sora's Link Attack is Tail Groove, while Riku's is Fire Raid.

Drill Sye

KH3DDrill Sye (Nightmare).png

The Drill Sye is a powerful opponent with several tricks up its figurative sleeves. Like several large lumbering foes, it can transform into a large spiky ball, capable of bouncing about and doing damage before returning to normal. The Drill Sye can also dig underground and attack from below. To top it off, it has top tier HP and Good Strength.

There are several weaknesses though. First of all, the Drill Sye is big enough to incorporate into Flowmotion combat. Second, blocking its spiky ball mode will render it helpless for a moment. Third, the Drill Sye is vulnerable to magic in general, thanks to its poor stats in that department and generally low resistances.

Drill Syes are commonly found in Le Cite' des Cloches and Traverse Town on the second visit. Sora's Link attack is Roll Call, while Riku's is Shining Hammer.
