| When you reach level 70, you must speak to Aran. He will tell you to defeat three Manons and three Griffeys. This quest must be finished in one hour and thirty minutes after obtained. If you do not succeed on the first try, you may try again, but the total tries per day is three. After defeated them, you must talk to Aran, then Neinhart, who will give you a quiz consisting of twenty questions about Arans. The questions are picked at random out of a total of 100 questions. Like before, if you get one wrong, you may start again, but only for a total of three times per day. Once completed, you will receive a medal called "Proof of True Aran", which you have to give to Aran. He will advance you to the third job.

| Unlike Adventurers, Arans are only able to do their fourth job advancement once they reach level 140. Once that level, you must talk to Aran. He will warp you to a secret map called "Hidden Street: Fenrirs' Cavern". Here, many Fenrirs will charge at you. In twenty-five minutes, you must kill 500 of them. It might sound hard, but the spawn of the Fenrirs is great, which will put your multi-hitting moves to excellent use. Once completed, Aran will give you a quiz about the Black Magician and Arans. It consists of one hundred questions, chosen at random out of two hundred. After this is completed, one final test is left: defeat Aran. Whenever you are ready, you will challenge him to a duel. This time, you will be warped to a map called "Land of Ice". A plain map it is, with no platforms whatsoever. Here, you're hp is 500% the original to withstand Aran's brutal damage. With one of the three hits from triple swing, he deals roughly 10k damage. That's a total of 30k! He is also able to use all of the other Aran moves, but the combo counter affects him as well. Once defeated, he will acknowledge you as a true and worthly Aran, and promote you to the fourth job.
