== Spoiler tags ==
I noticed you had 4 different spoiler tags on your FF IX page.  If someone is following a walkthrough, there is only so many spoilers they can avoid.  Trying to hide the content of the guide because it reveals plot points that they're about to find out defeats the purpose.  I would suggest trying to be more ambiguous ("talk to this character for some plot development") or to move the content somewhere else. That's not to say that it isn't sometimes necessary. -- [[User:Prod|Prod]] ([[User talk:Prod|Talk]]) 06:16, 19 January 2009 (UTC)

Welcome to StrategyWiki!

Hello Vizeroth! Welcome to StrategyWiki. Thank you for your contributions. If you have any questions, just contact a sysop through their talk page or post on the staff lounge, and they'd be happy to help. If you need help editing, check the StrategyWiki Guide. If you have a question about the content on this wiki, you can check out our staff lounge page. If you want to ask questions or hang out in IRC, we're usually around. On the other hand, if you have ideas for StrategyWiki, bring them up on the community portal talk page. Please remember to sign your name on, and only on, talk pages by clicking Wikisigbutton.png or using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Finally, please do your best to always fill in the edit summary field as this helps to document all of your hard work. Feel free to delete this message from your talk page if you like, or keep it for reference. Happy editing! -- Baejung92 12:09, 26 December 2007 (CST)

Cut back on edits

Please try to cut back on the amount of edits you make to pages. Not only does it waste space in the database (as each revision must be kept), but it clutters up Recent Changes. You can easily cut back on edits by saving the wiki code to your page in some text editor, and edit in that text editor, then after you are finished making all the edits to that page, copy/paste the contents of the editor into the page and save. --Skizzerz_Scissors.png Safety Skizzerz {{ Talk | Contribs | Spel Chek™ | VFG | RTFM }} 09:39, 28 December 2007 (CST)

Unlimited SaGa

Cool, it's always good to have some people do minor updating on lots of guides. "Many eyes" and all that. I'm actually hoping some of the other sysops will chime in about the rename, since we tend to use the "Characters" name, and I'm not sure if it's reached "standardized" yet. -- Prod (Talk) 17:58, 7 February 2008 (CST)

Total Annihilation structures

Hi. You're doing some good work on the Total Annihilation guides, but I was wondering if you were planning to add any descriptions to the data for the structures you've added (such as here). Without a description, the tables of numbers look a bit daunting, and some people prefer simple descriptions to read before they dive into the numbers for reference. Thanks, and keep up the good work! :-) --DrBob (talk) 09:00, 9 February 2008 (CST)

Categorisation and infoboxen

Hi. If you're going to go around filling out infoboxen and adding categories to guides, could you please make sure to get everything right before you remove the {{needcat}} and {{needinfobox}} templates from the pages? I've had to clean up almost all of the edits you've made today, and I don't want to have to do that.

You're mostly getting things right, which is good, but you need to make sure to check your edits more carefully using the Preview button before saving. Take [1] for example: you've subpaged everything nicely, but the system list isn't comma-separated, some of the systems are misspelt, and the same is true of their categories. In other guides, you've missed out some categories completely.

In summary, please put some more effort into your edits or leave categorisation to those who are more experienced. :-) --DrBob (talk) 17:15, 12 May 2008 (CDT)

Thank you

Hi Vizeroth. We owe you a long overdue thank you for helping us out so much with the DoubleJump categorization. I did not want you to think that your efforts have gone unnoticed. It is very comforting to know that someone has taken responsibility to be on top of that aspect of our deal. Thank you very much. Procyon (Talk) 14:01, 5 September 2008 (UTC)

Star Ocean

Would it be better to redirect Star Ocean to Category:Star Ocean? I don't know if someone typing it into the search box would be looking for the first game or not. - najzere 23:22, 2 January 2009 (UTC)

No, what you do is place {{series disambig}} at the top of the page of the game. --Notmyhandle (talk contribs) 11:19, 3 January 2009 (UTC)

Navs

Please don't use the Navs on user pages since it improperly categorizes them. I would suggest using something like Skizzerz has instead. -- Prod (Talk) 03:17, 19 January 2009 (UTC)
