There are two places where Chibi-Robo can sit down - on a door stop in the foyer, and on the stump in Jenny's bedroom. If you sit down in either of these locations and wait for a while, Telly Vision will appear and tell you about his dream. Repeat this over several days to hear more of his dream. Eventually you will gain the Telly sticker.
