:When it's there the template is invisible to me (using BlueCloud)--and this is without the disabling line in my CSS. I know it worked fine in the past, so I assume one of the various Wikipedia syncs has unknowingly killed off what made it work. As for the parameter, many times when that template is used someone (Prod, no doubt) has added a parameter even though it didn't officially have one, so it made sense to me to do something about it.
